If you are collecting LPG gas, please make sure you can transport the cylinder safely and responsibly.
Exchange Orders
Empty cylinder required
If you choose an exchange or replacement option, please make sure your empty cylinder is available when your order is collected or delivered.
The empty cylinder should be the correct size and in acceptable condition.
Important delivery notes
Someone must be available
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order or hand over the empty cylinder if required.

Delivery availability may depend on your address, route, order size, product type and delivery schedule.
Keep access clear
Please make sure the delivery or collection point is easy to access, especially for larger cylinders.
Safety Reminder
LPG cylinders should always be handled responsibly.
Cylinders should be stored upright, kept in a well-ventilated area and kept away from heat, flames and ignition sources.
If a cylinder, valve, regulator or hose appears damaged or unsafe, do not use it. For fixed gas installations, always use a properly registered gas installer.
